Minnedosa Tribune (November 4, 2022)

Over this last summer, the Minnedosa War Memorial, located on 1st Avenue SW, was given a refresh with the wrought iron fence being dismantled and sent out for sandblasting and powder coasting. On behalf of the Legion, Allan McManus and John Mendrikis took on the task of dismantling and erecting the refurbished fence to enhance the site. The Minnedosa Legion successfully applied for a grant from the National Wall of Remembrance Association. The total cost of the project is estimated at $5,700 and the grant received was for $4,200.
